Volunteer Trail Clinic – HTF
This week, we will do some work focused on re-tuning the Back Door trail at HTF. We are doing cleanup of washed out sections from flooding and installing more prominent drains for future rains!
Where and When:
1950 Lincoln Hill Rd, Carse Hills/Hinesburg Town Forest – Wednesday June 26th – 5:30pm
We will meet at the parking area located along the roadside for Carse Hills and Hinesburg Town Forest on Lincoln Hill. Please arrive by 5:30pm with plans to hit the trail shortly after!
What to bring:
– Closed toe shoes
– Water and/or snacks
– Bug spray/bug nets
Additional Recommendations
– Pants
– Gloves
– Eye protection
– Tools will be provided, but folks are encouraged to bring your own if you have any (depending on the project, the following can be useful: leaf rakes, shovels, picks, hoes, loppers, saws, stone working tools)
