The Aliza Lapierre Fan Club Trail Race: 25K and 50K

Our friends at the Richmond Trail Running Club are happy to host the second annual “Aliza Lapierre Fan Club Trail Race!”
The ALFC 50k will traverse approximately 8 miles of road and 23 miles of rugged trails, through Huntington, Starksboro, Hinesburg and Richmond. The course will be challenging, with over 5,000 feet of climbing.
The ALFC 25k will traverse approximately 4 miles of road and 13 miles of rugged trails, through Huntington, Hinesburg and Richmond. The course will be challenging, with over 2,500 feet of climbing.
Race proceeds will support the Nulhegan Abenaki Tribe’s “Abenaki Helping Abenaki” Fund.
The 50k will begin at 7:00AM at Brewster-Pierce Elementary in Huntington. Participants have 10 hours to finish the course. The 25k will begin at 10:00AM at Hayden Hill East in Hinesburg. Participants have 7 hours to finish the course. Aid stations will offer snacks and drinks about every 6-8 miles. Both races will finish at Cochran’s Ski and Bike Area in Richmond.
